The material feels solid and well-made, and the installation video was really helpful. However, mine was missing two key screws to properly secure the faceplate, which was a bit frustrating. The biggest issue, though, is the auto-lock/unlock function. Since the lock position isn’t perfectly aligned, it sometimes gets stuck halfway, which is a huge problem. When that happens, I can’t open the door from the inside, and no one can get in from the outside either. I had to wait about a minute for it to reset before I could unlock it manually. If no one is home to fix it, that could be a serious issue, as no one could get in. Great concept, but this bug makes it hard to trust.
