This is CRAP! Within 1 year of installation, we've had to replace 2 transformers. The manufacturer's customer service was not easy to deal with - didn't want to replace it under the valid warranty, but finally did, after weeks of persistence, the first time. The second time, we junked the transformer and converted the system to a standard wired, chime doorbell.
